Our prayer shawl group has been active at St. George's for nearly 15 years. Join women and men, skilled and novice, who come together to knit and crochet prayer shawls and other items of comfort for those facing hardships of health. Over the years, shawls and scarves, along with a booklet of prayers, have been shared with many in the area as a way to show that the St. George community cares. 

Parishioners and friends, regardless of skill level, are welcome to join the comfortable and welcoming group. If you would like to assist but cannot make the group meetings, please knit or crochet at home, donate yarn or needles, or offer a prayer for the group's success.
