You can help to brighten someone's day by sending them a card to let them know that you are thinking of them. Mail the card to our Outreach Coordinator: Mrs. Ann Doyle 81 Barrett Ave. Worcester Ma. 01605 Mrs. Doyle will forward your card to someone who will be very happy to receive it. Thank You!

Family Health Center of Worcester's Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Program (HOAP) provides high quality health care for adults experiencing chronic homelessness in Worcester at 162 Chandler Street. HOAP partnered with the Mustard Seed on Piedmont Street in Worcester to convert a basement closet into a clinic. This clinical exam room allows our doctors and nurses to follow hard-to-reach patients in the community and engage them in health care. Thank you to all who donated to the clinic initiative!
