CHANGES TO MASS ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES - effective 9/12/20
Changes to our Mass registration guidelines will go into effect on September 12 and 13, as our church’s seating capacity will increase with our new, updated seating configuration. We will continue with two live Masses, one on Saturday at 4:00 pm and another on Sunday at 10:00 am. Registration will no longer be necessary unless the situation warrants it.
Because of the limited number of available seats, you will need to follow these directions carefully so as to keep our parish in compliance with the regulations issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Diocese of Worcester.
We remind those of you who still have not decided when to return that Bishop McManus’ suspension of the Sunday Mass obligation will remain in effect until the end of this year. Also, for this same period of time we will continue to offer the weekend Mass by way of livestream or recording on Sundays at 10:00 am as a service to you.
Weekday Masses will continue to be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:00 am.
Heavenly Father, as I prepare to go into the world help me to see the sacrament in this cloth.
Let it be an outward sign of an inward grace. A tangible and visible way of living love for my neighbors as I love myself.
Christ, since my lips will be covered, uncover my heart that people would see my smile in the wrinkles around my eyes. Since my voice may be muffled help me to speak clearly not only with my words but with my actions.
Holy Spirit, as the elastic touches my ears remind me to listen carefully and full of care to all those I meet.
May this simple piece of cloth be shield and banner and each breath that it holds be filled with your love.
In your Name and in that love I pray.
